the receptionists were friendly and had a great sense of humor, making me feel welcomed right away. the apartment I stayed in was spotlessly clean and well, organized, making it easy for me to settle in. the facilities at the hostel were top, notch, better than any other hostel I've stayed at before. the staff was attentive and the hostel was equipped with everything I needed. I even appreciated the little details, like accommodating dietary restrictions for breakfast. my stay at Olympic , Old Town was more than worth it for the price. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to downtown. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with clean beds and convenient amenities like sockets and USB plugs. The breakfast served each morning is delicious and varied, with a wide selection of cheeses, breads, cereals. Additionally, the staff at the reception is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.
It would be nice to have more common toilets and showers available, as the current setup of only having them in the rooms can be inconvenient for guests.

There was a warm bathroom with a shower and toilet in each room. the bunk beds had USB ports and the blankets were warm. the breakfast included tasty bread and there was a clean kitchen available.
One negative aspect was the difficulty in finding the main entrance, as it was not clearly labeled and the locking mechanism did not work properly.

The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and convenient lockers. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions.
The common areas could be improved upon, as there was limited space for socializing and the kitchen lacked natural light and comfortable seating. The plastic waste generated from the breakfast packaging was also a concern.
